The GLA Net Zero Course is a one-day programme designed to raise awareness about carbon emissions and the essential role of green initiatives in reducing our environmental impact. This course focuses on the drive to achieve Carbon Net Zero, balancing the amount of Greenhouse Gas produced with the amount removed from the atmosphere, aiming for a 100% reduction by 2050.

Reducing and Removing Emissions: Learn practical ways to reduce emissions through energy-saving measures and carbon reduction strategies.

Clean Energy Renewables: Understand the role of clean energy and renewables, such as Solar PV, in achieving the UK's Net Zero target.

Green Industry Skills: An introduction to green careers, including the installation of solar panels, insulation, and living roofs.

Home and Lifestyle Improvements: Explore how everyday choices like cooking, gardening, and travel can reduce your carbon footprint and save money.

Course Format
