GLA Group LTD is a specialist construction training provider delivering accredited, hands-on courses across the UK. We support people who are furthest from the labour market, including ex-offenders, long-term unemployed individuals, and those entering work for the first time, to build practical skills, earn qualifications and take real steps towards meaningful employment.

Founded by people with real construction experience, we understand what employers need and what learners need to succeed. Since 2019, we have delivered programmes inside prisons, through job centres and DWP referrals, and in community settings. We work closely with public sector partners, charities and employers to fill critical skills gaps in roofing, labouring and green industries.

Our approach is simple. We focus on the jobs that exist, the training that works and the support people need to move forward. Courses are practical, employer-informed and fully accredited, with clear routes into roles in roofing, insulation, solar PV and more. Many of our learners go on to join contractor networks, gain industry-recognised certifications or even start their own businesses.

GLA has achieved Matrix Accreditation, is part of the CITB network, and is working with partners such as SikaUK, GQA and the Green Roof Organisation to deliver qualifications that align with the growing demand for green skills and Net Zero targets.
